Cancellation & Returns

At Vector Agro Foods, we value customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of edible oil, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality and hygiene.

⏳ 1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

📦 2. Return Conditions

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged during transit

• The wrong product is delivered

• There is evidence of tampering or leakage

• The product is expired upon delivery

🚫 Returns Not Accepted If:

• Product is used or seal is broken

• Damage caused after delivery

• Personal preference in taste/smell/consistency (natural variation)

📝 How to Initiate a Return

Send an email to vectoragrofoods@gmail.com with:

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Photo/video evidence

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
